Students in two Littlestown YMCA preschool programs were moved to a different room last week after mold was discovered, but that's not what parents were told.
Lori Clark, the child-care director at the Littlestown YMCA, gave parents a memo that said the room had been closed because of construction that should be completed by this Friday.
The memo, dated March 8 and titled "regarding kinder classroom remodeling," included no mention of mold.
