January has been designated as Radon Action Month, and safety officials in Cascade County are marking the occasion by handing out some 300 short term home radon test kits.
The annual distribution is organized by volunteers from AmeriCorps VISTA and several other organizations. The kits are being distributed at the Great Falls Senior Citizens Center.
