Senior Environment Corps (SEC) volunteers, trained by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, are going to conduct home radon testing for homeowners in Cape Cod and the Islands. Testing will be available now until March 27, 2019.
The Environmental Protection Agency and the Surgeon General recommend this testing since this colorless and odorless gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US.
