Treasure Valley Institute of Children's Arts, an arts center in Boise's North End, will clean up contamination from methamphetamine and lead-based paint during the planned $4 million construction. Experts assessed the structure for possible hazards, including asbestos, radon, mold, lead paint and meth. We want to make this a place for kids so we want to make sure it's completely safe
